Have you ever fallen in love then seem to not be in love with them as much?

I fell im love with my boyfreind and now the father of my children about 6 years ago when we started dating. We've had a rocky relationship and at times I have been with him but not felt like I was really in love with him. Things have been really great between us the last few months and I finally feel like I'm in love with him and enjoy his company. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Correct me if im right or wrong. You are living with your bf for 6 years and you have kids also. And now your in love with the father of your kids and your bf also, but your not quite sure if you love him more than he feels for you. I haven't experiences such thing but you are the only one who can answer if your really love him or not. But did you know that you can learn to love someone most especially who is giving more attentions, who have good intentions toward you.

Yes I am in love with my boyfriend (who is also the father of our two children) What I meant was that I always love him but I don't always feel that I'm in love with him when we are having problems and what not. However now we are doing great. He's doing what he's supposed to be doing and I finally trust him again. I don't doubt that he's in love with me..I'm actually positive he's in love with me. Hopefully that explains what I was trying to say a bit better.

yes, i think twice already. at first i was really interested about her, we dated, made phone calls, exchange text messages then after a while, i felt very different towards her and i don't know why, it's just happen all of a sudden. i didn't felt anything after that. we are still friends, back to where we had started and that is good, no hard feelings whatsoever.

The closest I have had with this experience I think would be to think that I WAS in love with a person but ended up realizing after a while that I wasn't. Right now I am ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN that I'm in love :) I'm at peace with myself and I am comfortable being with my boyfriend :)
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

I think that when you are in a long term relationship, there will be times when you you dont feel lik you are in love with your partner, butif you stick with it, then once things get back to normal, or less rocky anyway, then you feel more in love with your partner
