If you have moved areas do you still see old friends?

Hi maxine, I don´t know why, but I was banned from mylot. I signed up with anothet username only to ask you to be my friend again and to send you a PM with my email. I´m very angry and I don´t think I´ll go on posting here. I suppose mylot won´t pay me last months $12 and something I has earned either. HUG

Oh my friends are thousands of miles away, so it's quite hard to see them physically all the time. I use skype to see them and my family.

I still go to see my friends no matter where I live,but we didn't always meet together each other.we all often keep in touch with each other by the E-Mail or Mobile Phone.

Well as for me,I used to stay in Philippines and I have a lot of friends there.Now I'm currently residing at Washington and the only person that I have contact with is my bestfriend.Everytime I go back to the Philippines for vacation,my bestfriend and I hang out together.

I miss seeing my old friends as well. I live about 4 hours from them, and I have a busy schedule which makes it hard to just pick up and go visit. I probably get to see them 2 times a year if that sometimes. So to make up for not being able to see them all the time we make sure we keep in touch via the world wide web. We send emails and pics and we try to talk on the phone at least 3-4 times a week. This way even if we can't see each other we can still no what is going on with the other person. It helps when we can't see each other. It makes the pain of not being able to see my friends allot easier for me. I hope that when your friend visits this summer you guys have a great time.

Well, most likely it would be in a rare situation if ever i would still see old friends if I'll be moving to other areas or places. I think i would meet new people and eventually make friends with them. Still thanks for the latest tech we have we can still communicate old friends and our love one's no matter how far they are.

since we moved here, i havn't seen my friends. but it was lately that i saw their friendsters and somehow we have a communication again.

well, when freindship is true the distances don't matter. when hearts are bound together then distances can only create physical distances. when we move on in life, we have to part with freinds. at time the distances start increasing and it becomes difficult to bridge those distances. at present times there are so many ways to stay in touch with freinds, there's internet, telephone and our age old postage too... so stay in touch that ways. yes! we miss all the fun we used to have with friends but one can't expect to stay with friends althrough life.

i work far from my hometown where most of my old friends still live in.however every year i can go home to look in my parents several times, so i can meet my old friends at the same time. usually we talk a lot ,many friends gather together just like a celebration.

Of course i will miss them.Some of my best friends would gather together once a year,we always go to the same park and bar to enjoy our party;) I hope you could see your old friends by your wish:)

Well, the world isn't big enough for all of us, eventually we'll meet friends or foes whenever we goes. Just like your cousin, they also move here and there. I read somewhere humans are bind with fate. If fate cross, we'll meet regardless where we are.

sadly i only get to keep in touch with friends form places like myspace and facebook now seeing i lost my cell contacts

I definitely keep in touch with one or two friends, but it is really hard for most of them. I have always been one to have very few friends, but the ones I have are very very good. However, when I went to grad school, I lost touch with all of my bridesmaids but one. Now, my best friend and matron of honor is the only one I keep in touch with. I also keep in touch with my first love. He is now married with children, and I am married, but we talk like old friends. It is great. For me, the more recent the friend (i.e. when they came into my life), the closer I am to them. I met a girl in grad school that I am going down to Florida to see next weekend for her 30th birthday! Can't wait!!

Well, yeah, i think there is a need to see old friend even though we have already moved places. i think that if you are friends with a person or a family, it is hard not to reestablish connection with them despite the geographical location. anyway, i have not really moved out of the city where i had been living so my old friends are just pretty much around. but i guess if i do move to another place, i think that during my homecoming i will try to connect with old friends and remisnisce about old times or just simply to know what they had been up to. this is also a good chance to know who needs help and be able to extend some assistance. if not, then at least i can connect with other people who can better help. take care and God bless you! happy mylotting! :D

Hello dear maximax. I have worked in two different places and I am very happy that I can still see two of my old colleagues in my second working place, which is so far away from my old place. It is really a pleasure to be able to see old colleagues or friends in a new place. I love it when we can see each other here in the new place, but of course I miss my old colleagues a lot and even went to pay them a visit for a couple of times years ago. It is now a quite a few years since I lasted visited them. I think that I will revisit them sometime when time permits. Take care, friend.

If i was good enough friends with someone & i moved i would definatly still keep in touch. I currently dont have anyone that has moved or anything to keep in touch with other than my sister in law & of course we keep in touch.
