If you are in a position that money is a concern for you right now , go for a job . If your present concern is not money ,then go ahead for post graduation.

Theoretically, you would get all the knowledge about a business in your post graduate school. But being smart in the corporate world needs an actual training. Training in the 4 corners of a classroom is a lot different with the real world. I suggest that you try to work and at the same time take your postgrad. This will also gives you a better perspective about life per se,

if you can't do it simultaneously. Then why not try to work for a year then decide which one you want to prioritize.

Hello, Well, you can actually do both. You just need to know what you really want. You can go to school while working, but I suggest that you keep on working. Post graduate courses, as you have mentioned, can one day assist you to get a better job, or a higher rate, at least. It always pays to know what we truly want. Have a great day!

If you can find a good jod and you think it is what you want, you needen't to take part the entrance exam for postgraduate schools. If you feel dispointed and want to continute your study, you can have a try.I think in my undergraduate study i study many subjects, but not good at any subject. They are all virtual. I have worked for two years as a physical teacher in a high school in my home town after my college study. But i was disappointed to find that the life is not what I want.So i decided to attend the entrance exam for postgraduate study. Now i am in the scond year of my postgraduate study.I learn some real konwledeg and skill. Although it is hard to find a suitable due to finicial crisis i am optimitic and have confidence in me.I believe that people who have real genuine ability and learning, will not jobless.

Here the question is not about getting a job rather a decent job. Good companies and organisations recruit persons with great academic records and a much higher qualification. If you want to start your career with a good job and is not in need of money right now in for your post graduation. And definitely practical knowledge and what you learn in college and from books are two different things.

That depends on what you want to do. Some people burn out on school if they try to go straight through without a break. I took three and a half years off between undergrad and graduate school. I built up my resume, taking contract positions all around the country, and then I went back to school. When I went back, I was completely focused, more mature, and graduated with a 4.0. I might have done better in undergrad if I had taken some time off and worked a little before going. You can always go back to school in a couple of years, but it doesn't hurt to get your feet wet in the working world for a little while. That real-world experience is good for you.

Perhaps too many years' study brings me the "studying habit" that stops my feet to the working world.I think i need self-confidence.Thank you~

Well who doesn't want a better job? It depends on your goal and in what you plan to study. Is your program in which you are interested will have alot of job offer in the future? Is there going to be alot of opportunity? i studied in biochemistry and it was really troublesome. getting the degree wasn't enough to get a job. A master would give you me more chance. If it's the case, you better go off to get a job than wasting your time and monney. I went into actuary instead which is better for getting a job. But you have to be sure of yourself of what you want to do. I don't recommand working and studying at the same time. I couldn't focus on one or the other. So if you need monney, work for a year or the time needed then go continue your studies. But I don't see any problem going to school without any job experience. IF you get good grades, you will perform well in your futur job.

Well, I'm in a similar situation as you are! But I guess I have decided that I would be going for a PG. This is because of two reasons: 1) I have a strong feeling (And it has been observed) that most job-holders, when get the sweet taste of money they start neglecting education; they start feeling that it is useless. This is certainly not true. 2) On a lighter but a more practical note, I'm sure no company in the world would take the RISK of recruiting me! :-P So, I'd strongly recommend a suitable PG for you :-)
