I think if someone is out in the daytime of summer, if he or she does not get time to take lunch or any food, he or she should take at least drinking water full of stomach, so that he he or she may not effect from loo (Indian hot wind flows in summer season.

Hi sujaysen. This is a very good topic being started by you. Yes it is absolutely necessary to take Plenty of water and other liquid diets. It also depend upon which part of India you live in actually. If you live near the coastal areas then you sweat a lot due to humidity. It saves you from getting Sun strokes as the body temperature is maintained. But the problem is you tend to get dehydrated soon than the people who live in the Middle or Interior India. In the places like North India, the problem is due to extreme heatness the possibility of getting sun strokes is more than the people who live near the coastal areas. Hence it is always advisable to take Radish and carrots regularly as it prevents Sun stroke to a great extent. It is also absolutely necessary to take care of ourselves from consuming the contaminated waters and other such types as they may lead to many health related problems. Hence it is absolutely necessary to take a very good care of ourselves during summer. These are some of the tips to stay ourselves protected from the wrath of hot summer.
