I have actually gotten my Master's Degree a few years back, and I could say it's not about the title but what you get from the title.
You see there have been a lot who got theirs after finishing their Bachelor's. Yes, it's possible to get it that way, but you see, having post-graduate studies would be more meaningful if you first had gotten the experience of working for several years first.
If you just graduated and then stepped into post-grad education, what are you to learn there and to share there as well? All textbook knowledge still. However, if you have meaningful job experiences or business mentality from years of working, then you go for post-grad studies, you'd see the difference. You could imbibe your company practices to the theories that the University could teach you. Thus, you could somehow 'relate' rather than just absorb what they teach. You could question or inquire more, thus sharing of knowledge isn't limited to the Professor's knowledge, but also to what you've practiced outside the University.
I could really relate to this because I got 7years work practice before I took my Master's and in our class of only 7 people, we were composed of managers, company owners, professionals and even CEOs and GMs. It was a great experience because the input isn't only through the Professors and authors of the books but also from years and years of experiences from all of us there. In comparison to another class of fresh grads, they were too bookish and would settle for whatever the professors would tell them, yes they earned their Degrees like we did, but I doubt they could ever grasp what it was all about.
So, my advise to you is to finish your Bachelors, then go for meaningful job/work experience then go for post graduate education after 5-10years of meaningful experience.
I am to take my Doctor's degree when I reach the age of 30 (which is next year) but I think I'd postpone it when I'm about 35 or 40 perhaps.
It's all about gathering experience. Enough for me to muster my skills and back it up with the theories from the University.
Good luck!

You know what, that's just the problem there, most of the University teachers are too bookish and are trapped in school that their views on how things really go in the real world is somehow too little.
I'd suggest that if you really want to be a good teacher, you should merge the experiences of outside world from that of the university. I do plan to teach this semester that's why I'm working doubly hard to have more experience at the same time have time to teach.
I don't believe that being a teacher should be an experience that's limited to the school.

Yes.What you expressed do give me afew useful tips.Maybe I had better take a job when I fail to pass the entrence exam.I have decided to take the exam when the coming exam comes .If I am unable to be admitted to the university I apply to ,I will actually look for a job. Since You attach great importence to work experience, you must get a great deal though working ,yet? Wish you good luck.

If you want to take a higher education, make sure you are really willing to get a better career or your dream. I am an undergraduate, and also faced with the same situation as you. I want to take my Master's Degree because I would like to be a lecture.
