i hate to travel for long time. i am even not particularly fond of traveling short distance of 30-40 minutes. i get very bored and simply hate it if i have to go to a far away place and if it takes a lot of time to erac there i wish i would not have to go in the first place. does anyone else feel the same or do you like to travel?

If I have the money and time, I love to travel. It gives me a better perspective of other culture and way of living.

No, because when I reached my destination, it makes my travel time worth it (No matter how boring it is). LOL. But most of the time I engage myself into a conversation with my companion.

Yes the hapiness of reaching the destination does not take the boredom out of the travel. What if you are travelling alone?

I like travelling means without having to a person cannot gt instantly from one place to another. But i hate going shorter distances by train which i have to do daily inorder to get to my college but i prefer short distance travelling in the buses. Train travel is more enjoyable when u are going to your native place on vacation like for 2-3 days in the train. It's real fun.

I LOVE to travel. If I had more money, I'd travel several times a year. Growing up my family always took a vacation each summer. We'd travel to the beach or some place like Disney World. That is where my love for traveling began. Now that I'm grown up and out of the house I still love to continue that traveling tradition. My fiancee and I are going on our honeymoon this summer and I hope to take another trip of some sort before the end of the year. It's so wonderful seeing new places.

I feel the other way. I mean I love travelling and particularly by train. The view from the train window... You know its quite soothing. Most of the time I prefer to travel to the hilly areas and after reaching at the destination and watching the serene environment all the tiredness disappears.

I love to travel and find journeys by train especially enjoyable. I like to look out of the window and appreciate sitting in a comfortable seat with lots of legroom. I don't enjoy traveling by bus quite as much. I feel happy when I reach my destination. Maybe you need to visit somewhere really impressive if you are to tolerate the journey there. Flying by plane can be quick.

I don't care to travel usually, if it's unfamiliar turf. Between the cost of traveling, dealing with 3 kids cooped up for a few hours in a van, and of course finding someone to care for our animals w/o paying a mint to have them boarded. When it was just me & hubby I did like to travel even if it was just a day trip a few hours a way a couple times a year it was nice.... I miss it.

It is ironic, isn't it? Some people have to travel even if they do not want to and some people who actually like to are not able to. Thanks for your reply. Happy mylotting.

I like travel but i haven't many chances. Most time i have to stay one place. It seems that there is a circle around my life and it is hard to get out.I am afraid of being confined,so i usually try to make small travels.Thought the trip is long and makes me tired, when i reach my destination,i am so happy to feel the difference:people, weather, sky……maybe just a different frame of mind!
