Most people like shopping and they can buy various kinds of products. Do you ever think that there are something that you don't want to buy? I personally don't want to buy the jewelry because I don't wear them. And it's also not safe to wear expensive jewelry outside. And it means nothing to keep the jewelry at home. And in fact I have to open a safe in a bank to keep them. I think it's somewhat a burden. Jewelry is something out of my shopping list

Good morning, youless. I quite agree with you on this point when jewelery is concerned. Actually I show no interest in jeweleries at all. Like what you said, "it is not safe to wear such an expensive stuff". Besides I don't feel comfortable with something extra around my fingers, which is indeed a burden physically and mentally. I never consider having one of them for myself.
Also sometimes I buy something that I don't need, so I am always trying not to get anything that will only stay in one place without being used for the good of saving unnecessary buying and for the protection of the environment that needs to be cared about in our daily life. Have a good day to begin with, my dear youless.

Good afternoon, youless. It is wonderful to have a noodle-making machine. I wish to see the noodles you make together with the noodle machine. Youless is really a Jack of all trades. Looking forward to seeing your masterpiece with keen interest. Good day.

I don't usually care to buy eletronic gadgets. They are so costly, outdated easily, and of course having kids that won't leave anything alone really seals the deal on not buying anything. I miss those pre-kid days when we could buy the gadgets now we have to wait til they are nearly ancient because I can't keep replacing them over and over cause the kids don't listen. So why bother.

I liked them when I had money & two incomes. I have one income and groceries are more important than gadgets.

A shopping list is indeed a good thing especially for those who are compulsive shoppers as they can buy the whole shopping mall if they don't have one, haha!~I for one seldom go to the malls unless I have something specific to buy. To me it's just a waste of time unless it's just going with my wife for a time of relaxation but normally if I go with her it's mostly grocery & shopping then we're out as we're a busy lot. Of course there are occasions when we just take a long walk & stroll & check out stuff & prices for things in the malls. So for me it's very straight forward - I only buy what I've set out to get

I can hardly think of anything that I do not need to buy. I buy the stuff because I need them. But there are on the list that belongs to my luxuries list. Haha! I have this attitude that if I am a fan of this hollywood star I tried to buy all the things related to his work thus it includes tv series, movies, songs and etc. I just put them in my collection. I just want to see them in my place. Have a good day to you!

i am not interested in a lot of the latest styles of clothing, and I really don't use makeup and other beauty products. I use the very basics (soap, shampoo...) but no makeup, and no other beauty products. I don't have time for all that stuff, and i am not interested.

I am cutting back on extra spending on my hobbies. I can do without them for now but I when I can earn some more money I can start up again. I also had to cut back on sport activities as well.

I just love shoes, and I have an obsession for shoes. I love to buy new shoes all the time, even when I know I won't wear them all the time. I think it's a waste of money to keep buying new shoes all the time when I know I won't wear them. I need to stop that habbit, and save my money for better things.

This does often happen for me,i like shopping, mall is my favorite place to go at my rest time,i always buy various kinds of products which do not i have to buy or i'm not real wanted/necessary.except the jewelry, this is too high for me in my budget, even i like it very much but i seldom to buy.i like to buy something which have high discount or it is very cheaper at that momont, this one has huge attraction for me,i will be buy more.however, when i arrive home,i always find that more products should not to bought(some article for daily used has already stored more in our house, some clothes which isn't suitable for me,etc.)

when i go shopping i only buy those things that are important to me. like my daily hygienic things like lotions, shampoo, soap. and some things i brought would be things that are important to our home. i dont really give enough thinking on buying expensive stuffs like jewelries and clothes. because im not that type of person anyways.

Hi youless, quite similar to you in this aspect as well. I don’t have any interest in buying jewelry, no matter how attractive the ornaments are. I only accompany my relatives and friends to visit the jeweler’s shops. I try to give them opinions in choosing the appropriate jewelries they need. I never step in any of them alone, for I dislike to wear any of them, even when attending any wedding or other occasions dinners.
I keep those jewelries I received during my birthdays, as well as those wedding gifts from my parents, mother in law and my hubby as well in a jewel case. I put on the wedding ring for a single week only. It was really uncomfortable plus inconvenient to have a ring on my finger.
Yeah youless, it’s much safer to keep the valuable jewelries in the safe in the bank. Of course we have to spend a certain amount of money for the yearly rental of the bank safe. The rental charge usually depends on the sizes of the steel safe. Here in my place there are usually 3 sizes of steel safe in most of the banks for customers to lease.
Happy posting and take care.

I don't buy many shoes, I maintain three pairs of shoes. When one pair is worn out and beyond repair, that's the time that I buy.
