CIAO problem again!

For the past two weeks. members of Ciao.com have had been logging thru the backdoor way and not the usual log-in portal on the site. I could not understand why Ciao did not or was not able to resolved this issue for this past two weeks -- which is a long time in the online world actually.
NOW, members have got more logging in problem -- I think the site is already blocking ALL possible ways to enter it. Whether this is intentional or not on the part of the site, that remains to be seen. That is if Ciao will care to offer the members explanation on the technical issues hounding the site.
I don't know IF this is a subtle way of the site to banned some members. But I thin being a reputable site it should not do it this way. I myself prefer to be told honestly that I could not continue anymore being a member. Please note that I am a good member of Ciao -- as attested with my good non-plagiarized reviews.
Ciao should let us know the reason behind this latest development.

The site I believe does not have the money to pay us for our hard work.Ciao was a good site for me but whenever I mail them about the login problem they send me an automated response.this is rreally bad.

ehm..maybe CIAO still maintenance their system and try to blok asian too..i hope it wiont happen to all asian,,actually im not member of CIAO anymore because they was banned my account

I notice about it that I can't get through CIAO today while I was logging in using the back door method. I don't know what had happened with CIAO. I too like you would prefer being told about the real score about my account than thinking that this is just another glitch in the system. I don't know if everyone is experiencing this problem or not if not all then I would agree that this is just a subtle way of saying that we are banned the3n. Too bad!!!

hey Ciao.com is genuine i doubt on the site well i am i member in this site since 1 year and i reached almost 75$ and well i requested for payment i got a message that due to some delay i would receive my payment after 72 hrs but well i did not receive my payment and then again i send many times request to them but well i did not receive any payment from then till date.

I have trouble logging through my account too.Ive been blocked since the past month.I even thought the computer is the problem.I tried the laptops,everything,still no success..I dont know what happened to Ciao,but im sure theyre making many ciao users piss.
I like ciao very much.I dont even care if they lowered theyre payment system,I just love the site, its too friendly,too attractive,reliable, though it has many cheaters and review copiers.
I just hope they're not doing it to push us away,or inhibits us to work.I dont wanna get discourage.x_xhuhu..
I hope its going to be okay soon.:D

I understand your problem. I know many people at ciao who have faced the same problem. But i guess, it started working for them lately. Fortunately, I did not face ay such problems. But these issues have certainly affected activity on ciao. People have stopped rating other reviews and writing new reviews. All of them are waiting until they get their payments. Moreover, I have been noticing a decrease in my earnings and community points daily. So lets hope everyting settles down quickly and ciao continues to perform good and satify its members

Yes, I have the same problem too. It gives me an error message that "bad request or your browser...." something like that. I tried to use internet explorer because I am thinking it can be a problem with Mozilla Firefox but still, I had the same problem. What about my earnings? I have more than $14 right now that I haven't requested for a payment yet because I am still waiting for $6.62 to post on April 15.

i have the same problem.i cannot log in to my account any more.it is agreat site but i dont know why they did that.that is just too bad for people who have been member on that site who have the same problem like us.

Ciao is taking a few cautionary actions to protect themselves from bad reviewers and members but I think they are doing a lousy job at it and thus are losing money. It affects the rest of us to do work hard to earn what we write and rate and read, and get punished as well. Being reputable site, they need to find a way to punish harder/ban those that are lazy and plagarizers from those that are not without punishing us as well. We do not deserve it-they deserve a lot more. Recently they cut everyone's pay a little bit I think (mine was by about eight percent). This is unfair and not drastic enough. If they don't have enough money they need to pay out everyone now and stop us from working more for them.

i was supposed to be getting $75+ this month from them...
all my reviews were original....
and i had 21 referrals that's why i've been earning a lot...
i'm particularly picky when it comes to my circle of trust...
that was why i was surprised yesterday that i wasn't able to log-in too...
i can't accuse CIAO of being a scam...because i already got $40+ from them for my february earnings...
it's just so sad that because of these abusers...a lot of people are affected...
i'm guessing CIAO is blocking users outside USA!

Yes you're right, I just experienced it 5 minutes ago, yesterday I still could get log in through the back door, but now they seem to block all possible gate to get into their website. This is very unfair, they should tell us the reason., OR may be ( you're right ) straight telling us that " you are not welcomed here anymore ". So we can move on to seek another descend one. Me myself is a good ciaoer too, none of my review is plagiarized one. I never cheat, never spam, never abuse any TOS. So, don't give too much time for ciao, alot of site out there that can give us honest behavior.

I have been reading about this problem here in myLot many times already. A lot of Ciao members complain about the process of logging-in to their Ciao accounts. You are correct that as of this time Ciao doesn't have any announcement, explanation or alert message regarding the problem so we really don't know what is happening right now. This should not be neglected by Ciao. We deserve an explanation on the matter, specially on the part of the good members.
Probably this could be a way to reduce the number of members by making them think they cannot access the site. What I know from the previous announcement last week is that Ciao is cleaning the site from cheaters and plagiarizers. And in doing so, it affected the earnings of members.
Fortunately for me, I didn't experience any problem logging-in (ever).
