What is the most difficult language to learn on earth?

they say arabic, is the most difficult to learn, some people say that you need 6 years of practice to pronounce one letter or to make a conversation, is it true?

i guess for me foreign languages that are difficult to learn would be the russian language.

i think japanese or chinese would be difficult for me :)
