Its 1-1 after 2 games... Australia won the 1st game by 141 runs, but were comprehensively beaten in the second game. So who do you think will prevail in the 3rd ODI. I think Australia will come back and defeat South Africa. What do you guys think? Who will win?

I woould go with South Africa as Australia is not playing well as a team. They are just like Sehwag. He plays one match well & in the next hez out for a duck.Without Warne , McGrath , Bevan , The Waughs Australia is finding difficult to stamp their authority as in the previous years.Lets wait & watch.

Its very tough to say based on the last two matches. In each match one team outplayed. Now this is what one would say according to the law of averages - south africa won the test series in australia and australia won the test series in south africa. Australia won the two twenty twenty internationals in australia and south africa won the two twenty twenty internationals in south africa. South africa won the one day series in australia so by that logic australia should win the one day series in south africa. But that is according to law of averages. I think south africa have a slightly better chance than australia on account of their spin department although australia wont give in easily. It will be a very closely fought series and i will surel watch the final two matches.

yes that is right australia have to ein the last two matches but i think it is ery unlikely that australia will win both the matches. they would be lucky to even win one now.

Thanks to all for the responses! SA have won, Australia's batting really looks below par. So for the law of averages to prevail Aus needs to win the last two matches.

Hi Mac6999, how are you doing pal! In my opinion Aussie will win. I think they lost because they went over confident in second ODI. Once they can repeat the performance of 1st ODI, there is no doubt that they can win again protoes!

Iam good buddy! how r u? yeh i think there was some overconfidence... most of the batsmen got out through very soft dismissals. just small nicks and lbs. I think theyll improve...

Thanks for commenting. yes, but the outcome didn't go in favor of Ozs, they need to work hard and find the sharpness in their bowling as Mcgra and warnie had.

i love series like these where no team has an upperhand through th series. its a tough call but i will go with the aussies to win the match because in the last match ,smith was not back ful;ly as a captain and he had trouble with field placing.may be the aussies might attack the proteas in this matter.
