There are many ways one can handle anxiety attack. Anxiety attack comes in many forms. It become a full blown attack, where there are fear and terror overpowering. it is so important to exercise and to stick to a nutrition program. figure out the situation that causes the attack, and when you do tell yourself you can handle the situation and it cannot hurt you. I had an anxiety problem for 6 years. I had to take xanax for anxiety and ambien to sleep. I started taking an all natural herb (tasteless liquid form)called "Chaga". It has the highest antioxidant known to man. I've been on Chaga since October of 2008. After being on it for a few weeks, I noticed that I hadn't had an anxiety attack or even feeling an attack coming on. I haven't had to take Xanax or ambien since. I can't tell you how happy that makes me. It also helped me heal faster...I had a total hysterectomy in December of 2008 and I healed very qickly. I got color back in my face the next morning and I was up and about the next morning. My doctor couldn't believe it. All he kept saying to me was, "you had major surgery" over and over again. I had 3 surgeries in 2 years. 2 of them before I took Chaga. The 2 surgeries that I had before Chaga took me around 3 months to heal. I know a friend of mine who had Virtigo and he went on Chaga. Shortly after being on Chaga, his Virtigo was gone. There are so many testimonies from people that have been on Chaga. You should check it out. http://www.mychaga.com/jackieb On that site, you will see a video telling you about Chaga. I am so grateful that I took the time to check it out. I never trusted any product until now.

I agree with all of these but having a friend on the phone works for me. When I had a panic attack that would be a 10, my husband would phone her, and she would get me down to say a 5, where I could cope.

I agree with all of these but the best thing for me is having a phone a friend. She is amazing. When I peaked at a 10, by husband would phone her, and put the phone to my ear. She would talk as long as it took to get me down to a 5 where I could cope. Mine were so bad that I would pass out with my panic attacks. Susie.
