Did anyone got response from “Ciao"?

Anyone here, who got response from ciao technical team regarding this Current Situation? I a not talking about their auto-generated mail which we get when we send a mail to info@ciao.com. When ciao will be alright?

im not member of ciao again myfriend..ciao will not reply your message.they hate us who from outsite us uk and ca..so please forget ciao and try to find another legit site..

I am also facing the problem with ciao. They never sent any response about the current situation. Hope it will be resolved as early as possible.
