Have you seen Watchmen yet?

If you have what do you think about? I really enjoyed it, I thought it was action packed, interesting plot with good characters. It was a bit long but since it wasnt boring at all it didn't drag too much. The one thing i didn't like was some of the uneccessary nudity, if you have seen the movie then you know what i mean ;)

yes i have seen watchmen in a cinema and find it a nice movie. yes you are right it is really long and some scenes are so violent, making it inappropriate for younger viewers.

Its so funny that you mention it not being right for young viewers, when I saw it in the theater i was so shocked because one couple brought their two young children with them, they had to be 7 and 4 years old. And they stayed through the whole movie :( I thought that it was very poor parenting to bring children that young to a movie like that

I watched it arounf 3 weeks ago, it was interesting in the begining but got boring as it went on. It was really long and that made it even worse i guess. I agree the nusdity was unnecessary. there was a lady with a kid in the cinema and she took him away like halfway or something.

I dont know, when i went ot the theater i liked parts of it very much and some of the characters. But i found it kinda boring (except for some parts like the great intro, and all the part involving Dr Manhatthan exile and return.
After watching the movie (yes...I Watch the Watchmen ;) i red the graphic novel and found it better suit for telling that kind of story.
However its since ive red the novel that i'd love to watch the movie again. Any idea about when its coming out in dvd?
