Do you like your boss

Hi. My boss is basically a nice person, but there is one thing abut him that I don't like at all. He does not want us to leave the organization premises at all. He wants all of us there at all times, even if we are done with our assignments and there is nothing to do at all. The biggest reason that I can see for most of the people hating their boss is that, Bosses make them to work according to rules but seldom do they so the same.

I've got no boss

I do like my boss, he is kind, and gives us many extra things. He makes us parties many times. Nowadays he is getting older, but still good.
