Ghost Hunters, Most Haunted and the like!!

I watch Ghost Hunters, Most Haunted, Paranormal State and shows of this nature. I beleive because I have been touched by someone who was not there. NO, I was not dreaming or hallucinating at the time. I also lived in a house where I would hear the front door open and close as if someone was walking in the house. It would happen at times when I thought it was my husband coming home, there never was anyone there. So my question is, does anyone else have a story like this to share, how do you feel about the subject, do watch these type of shows?
