I use WorkFromHomeHQ for data entry, I have a link to my earning money blog in my profile which contains more information about them.
You get $0.15 for data entry, which takes about 5-10seconds. Its a possible income of $18 or so an hour, with minimum payout at $20 through paypal. I have received a total of 9 payments from them.
