Proverb is short, well known saying that expresses a common truth or belief. Many proverbs give the best advice about the way to live. I think many people have their own favorite proverb. Different people like different one and do as it says. My favorite proverb is "Man propose, god disposes". I think it is very reasonable and very beautiful. How about you, my dear friends? What is your favorite proverb?

One of my favourite is a shona proverb that says "kare haagare ari kare" literally meaning "what was there before is not what will always be there" or more simply THINGS CHANGE. God Bless you this Easter week...

Thank you and the same to you. ^.^ Yes, everything is changing. However, no matter how much one alters something, it will still retain its essence.

Wow,there are so many.Like "there is a will ,there is a way" or "no pains,no gains",and "practice make perfect".The meaning of each teach me how to find the answer when I encounter the worship or frustrating,as long as I remind of myself with these proverbs.I can find the confidence to go ahead.

My husband - A photo of my husband that was taken just before Christmas
It is better to live in the corner of an attic than with a crabby woman in a lovely home. Proverbs 21: 9 I have always thought that this proverb was funny. But it is also a reminder to me that I need to watch my attitude with my husband and children, because it is so true!

One of my favorites is an old Chinese proverb "The bamboo that bends is stronger than the oak that resists". In other words, go with the flow and life will be much easier. (also my own experience)

hope is a good thing. if you have a dream, you are going to protect it, and don't let others who can't do it tell you that you can't do it.
