They first thing is the management of time between schools, homeworks, play and shootings, they would miss their schools at least to some extent in the process, they might also be prone to exploitation...the ILO defines child labour as any work that "exposes children to physical or psychological abuse, an unhealthy working environment such as hazardous substances, temperature and noise, and work under particularly difficult conditions such as long hours, during the night..."
My question, is child modelling or acting not a form of child labor, if not all, at least in many cases?

I remember reading the shoot for an add for a diaper for which a 5-month-old baby was crying nonstop for continuous 3 days because of the radiation of the lights used in the sets but the mother being stern in getting her baby shown in the adv for she had told her neighbors about the shoot, i wonder what would be happening with all the other children

I just wish children are not exploited. I watch a movie "human trafficking" and I was really soory for the kids being kidnapped and sexually assaulted. Now with modelling I hope they will not be exploited. Thank you for the best answer! It was indeed a nice question.

Hi saray! recently there had been debates over this issue that if or not the child modelling or child acting full time comes under the child lobar law. Indian judiciary is like an earthen pot with multiple holes. And accordingly the issue went under the carpet but people have not loosened the rope and now it is under the judiciary nose.
A section of advocate are of the opinion that depriving a child of its education and proper caring at home bring to do labour ( Modelling, dancing where there is money involved) is against the law and they are none better than the common child labour.
The public too crocked its voice that it is not fair to engaged any child for earning purpose. and this is justified point.

Yes, it is a very valid question. I think child modelling or acting is also child labor, but I don't think we can control it. No goverment can pass a law saying that kids won't be acted in movies. So, I don't know what to do about it, but it is kind of child labor.
Thank you for responding to my discussion.
