Anyone else having success with Reality Networkers?

I have just joined this group/club. It is very different. You have mandatory tasks to complete(easy to do) and your up-line adds 'active' members into your down-line - pretty sweet I must say. I have over 19 members in my down-line now and I haven't done a thing. Just wondering if anyone else here has been involved with this group? I am still learning so any insight would be very helpful.
