What Kind of cheese do you prefer beiing topped in your pizza

I like all kinds of cheese on my pizza! I like the usuals - like mozzarella and provolone. I also like parmesan, and swiss, and cheddar, and pepper jack, and horseradish cheese! Experimenting with different kinds of cheese can change the whole flavor of the pizza! I get tired of the same old cheese all of the time. But there is one kind of cheese I never use on pizza: American. I once had a pizza with American cheese on it and it tasted horrible! I dont know how anyone eats pizza like that. That pizza was from a pizza shop! I will never order another pizza from there.

My personal preference is mozzarella. If I'm doing a multi-cheese pizza, I like to add provolone, parmesean, romano, ricotta and occasionally asiago. I've been to a few places that also put american cheese on their pizza, which isn't bad as long as there's still mozzarella as well. Not a huge fan of most other cheeses on pizza. Went to a place once that had a 5 cheese pizza that included swiss cheese with the italian cheeses -- I just couldn't bring myself to even consider it. I love swiss cheese, but not on my pizza.

Mozzarella is the best because of the way it melts, but any kind of cheese is good on pizza. I really like shredded cheddar on mine especially with a pizza that is made up of mostly vegetables like green peppers, mushroons and onions. Provolone goes great with vegetables too and like mozzarella it melts really nicely. Depending on the sauce on the pizza, the cheese can make a big difference in taste. If you were to have a white pizza made with garlic, chicken or seafood, parmesan would be great sprinkled on top along with a lighter cheese melted all over.

I like Feta Cheese, It's tasty and soft...:)

I like Mozzarella cheese the best. and not too spicy with ground beef tomatoes, some green and red pepper my own tomatoes sauce because yes i do make my own pizza.I taste very good and you the kids loves it,and its eatable.

i love edam cheese and would add it to my pizza, as well as i would also add mozerella, chedder and even goat cheese. i also sprinkle a little bit of parmesean cheese on my pizza. i love cheese!

Mozarella is good! Actually, I think any cheese is good to go with pizza! I like lots of lots of cheese usually! Yum yum!

I like mozzarella cheese and provolone cheese of course shredded on top of my pizza. Maybe some shredder yellow sharp cheese sometimes to with some cheese spreeded on the top. I had pizza last night for dinner and today for lunch oh so yummy it all was. I like a lot of different cheese so i think i would be happy with whatever cheese as on it and i know i would still it it.

Any kind of cheese will do! And I do like my pizza to be overloaded with cheese! Happy MyLotting!
