fake or not

I've been with both the programs. Of them, phoenixpaidemails is promising so far. I got paid 3 or 4 times, within hours everytime. And this performancebux, I thought paying so far. But their recent mail made me worry. They said they don't have enough money in their Paypal account. Any site, which tries to trick with Paypal, falls soon. Hope they raise up soon, as their plans didn't seem unsustainable. Lets believe this problem is purely temporary.

I join with performancebux, they paid me once recently. I don't think they are scam and I didn't receive an email telling me they don't have enough money. They paid instantly. I knew pheonixpaidmails, but I don't join, I want to find out more before I join.

Did you mean if they are scam or not? Both sites are not yet scams but will never know when so just enjoy the site while you are still earning,..
