making a cd for someone

Have you ever made a CD for someone you like? Do people still do this?
what would you think if someone gave you a CD with 15 songs maybe and said that
these songs make think of you or remind me of you or whatever...
and what are some good, i miss you, loving, old friends new love types of songs?

I do this all the time. I love sharing music with my friends. They're usually just fun songs that I want to share but sometimes there is a theme, like road trip music or break up songs.

I have heard about doing this for people you like although personally I have never done it. I think it would be a hard thing to do, but it can be very romantic!
