My memory always fail me and sometimes I doubt if my brain is suffering something. I dont remember where my key is, and five minutes ago I put it in my pocket. I dont remember where is my cell, and I call, it ring, that's how I know where it locates. I dont even remember the date of my flight i reserved myself several days ago....
How to improve this bad memory? Is there similar things happen to you?

I'm young yet my memory failed me many times that I get embarrassed even in front of my friends. I forget where I put my things most of the time and during my college days, I leave things, even my bag! in the classroom. I always tell myself not to forget important things. I getting the hang of it.
I start by taking memos in a day - the things that I must rememeber. Also, to make sure I don't forget things, I take note of my actions and make sure to implant them in my memory. Before I leave, I take note of the things that I must bring, and things that I must remember. Really, I have to be methodical, otherwise, I'll get in trouble.

Taking memo is a good habbit! But I always dont remember where the list is, such as the shopping list! when I'm in the market, I realise that I have left the list at home!
Oh my God!

Yes, it does fail me sometimes.. i have a bad memory.. i easily forget where i've placed this or that.. yay! for example, i'm going to leave the house and i forgot to turn off the lights.. i'll search my bag for my condominium's keys and will start to freak out if i don't find it there.. after searcing and searching, i'll just find out that the keys were kept inside my pocket.. yay!

Hi there. Well, I think it happens to everyone - forgetting stuff, I mean. In my case, the most embarrassing situations are when I forget people's names. I do a pretty good job remembering the faces of people that I meet but actually managing to remember and match names to such faces is another matter altogether. Most of the time, I just choose to be honest and politely say that I seem to have forgotten their names, rather than guessing, which I have done on several occasions - needless to say, those occasions didn't go very well. I have no idea on how to improve memory, though.
