Today my boss said lots things about our subject. Most of what he said are very long-winded and annoying.Maybe in his opinion,we were not familiar with our subject and told us to find the paper which were written by him several years ago.But in fact,i have read almost all papers about our subject. When he said that, though i did not like i just listened to him without a word.
What will you do if your boss is annoying or boring? Will you tell him or her your real opinion? If you hate him or her can you get along well with him or her?If he or she is wrong will you tell him or her that he or she is wrong?

Working with a person who is boring and annoying is very difficult. But if it is your boss who is very annoying then the situation changes. One can hardly dare to say anything to him. But if we maintain a good relationship with our boss we can tell him if something is annoying. After all our performance and efficiency matters a lot than the word we would have with our boss.

I do agree with you but if we do not take risk then the life goes boring and then we will be like our boss only. The essence of life is in taking risk... NO RISK NO GAME...

Right,if you hate somebody you can try you best to get along well with him or her.And if at last you and your annoying boss are friends i think you are a excellent person.Maybe your boss would agree with your opinion.
A suitable way to solve this problem but more difficult.

Well, the best way to get rid of a pest is to ignore them. Quite honestly, I like to let people talk who like to talk because it let's you know how full of it they are. LOL. Unless he is actually harming you, I would just let him talk. Let him be stupid. Eventually, someone will tell him. Besides, it will be fun to make jokes behind his back later on because of his stupidity. ROFL.

Bosses aren't always the most fun people to have to deal with, but just like anyone in the workplace, they are an inevitable part of life. Try not to let your boss bother you. So long as your boss isn't harrasive, or assaultive, then just make sure you do your job and do it well!

I think some people bully the weak and fear the strong. If you are sure that you don't make any mistake in your work, you can say no to him. If you always behave to be a timid person and have no difinitive views on your own, your boss will look down on you.
