Eastern is coming! Do you cook something, or buy?

I always cook for these events. Of course this time I also will cook at least 3-4 different cakes. I prefer to prepare those cakes, which are quick, and easy. But I try out new things very often as well.

I can't imagine eating out on Easter, but my daughter, who works in a restaurant, says that's one of the busiest days of the year. I am a traditionalist, and that means a full meal at home, cooked at home! I don't make as many desserts because of the Easter candy, but I'll be cooking for a few hours anyway.

well now that the oven in my apartment has gotten fixed I plan to make my boyfriend a dinner on Sunday he would like the change from microwave food.
