Anyone's Hotmail account saying they "Don't have an inbox...yet" after login??

Around 12am eastern time today, my hotmail account along with millions of others around the globe have begun experiencing this problem. Apparently after you log into your hotmail or windows account, it says something to the effect of "You don't have an inbox..yet, sign up for one here". I almost went bonkers when I saw this and immediately thought conficker virus! But I've learned a few ways around it: You can access your hotmail inbox through an iPhone. You can also access it through the mobile version but on your COMPUTER instead! check here: http://mobile.live.com/hm/folder.aspx Simply type your ID and password there and you can see your mail, it just looks it would if you were viewing it on your phone. So the mail is still there, in that case it can't be a virus right?
