Hee hee...I like where this is going...Yea usually i have A LOT of weird dreams and once there was this dream of mine which involved my primary school teacher! not that he was doing anything 'improper' to me, like of course not, but he was in my dream as a tour guide taking me for a tour in paris! Like how completely random and weird is that? hee hee...I laughed to myself when i woke up. I usually remember just bits and pieces of my dreams ^^

I think all of us are dreaming at some point in our sleeping time. I guess dreams are emotions that are being sent by our subconscious mind to our conscious mind. Maybe there is something that bothers you in your waking hours that you keep on denying or postponing to do that is why you subconscious mind is trying to remind of you of that.

Well,we all dream during sleep and it is just the process of the mind emptying itself of unwanted fears and unfulfilled desires.Without dreaming we will be left out with great tensions. So,dreaming is good for our health.Only nightmares disturb us.Some people can recollect their dreams and some cannot. But all people dream during their sleep.Cheers!

I often have dreams in sleep, but I like that, I would think dreaming is good for health, and I don't feel tired after dreaming all the night.
Drink some milk before bed helps me. I found I slept without dreams the night I drank milk before bed. Hope it help you too.

I used to have pretty weird dreams but I never found them to be draining like being tired when I wake up in the morning. I have read that to get a good nights sleep you should do a bit of exercise during the day (not when it's nearly time to go to sleep) and to read a book before you go to sleep. I have found that if I can't get to sleep then I just get up and go to the toilet, this helps me get to sleep for some reason. So I hope you can get some ideas on how to get a good nights sleep and not get any dreams that cause any anguish in the morning.
