How many time a week do u exercise?

2 times per week at least for me, usually just a couple of rounds around the track and push-ups.

I like sports,so i often take exercises in my extra time.Movement plays an important role in life,because exercises can improve your health condition,keep you healthy,make you full of energy,i suggest that all of us should take more exercises to enrich our life.

Hi mhil.. i'm Madhu babu from India.... actually i'm a Tae Kwondo Martial arts master ... i practiced minimum 3 years a day since last two years... i'm a employee and every day i'm going to my job now.... i'm trying to do hard practice.. but i can't... i can't leave the sport... i will again start after 16th.. and i will practice minimum 2 hours a day... thanks friend.. bye

I usually exercise everyday. Go for a run or hop on the bike. It's not alot of exercise but enough for a daily exercise. Some exercise is better than no exercise.
