What do you worry the most during your pregnancy?

I am pregnant with 5.5 months now. Even though this is my 2nd pregnancy, I still worry a lot during the pregnancy especially after hearing so many cases of miscarriage happened around me. I always feel worry if I do not feel the movement of my baby after a long time. What do you worry the most during your preganancy?
