My fiance and I do not use a cellphone that often anyway. Right now we don't have one as the one we did have was crushed. I don't think that a cellphone should be used but for just getting in touch with someone whilst their away from home. I used to use it for much more but that is because I was addicted to it. As well as where I used to live I used the cellphone so people could get in contact with me directly, the place I used to reside they never answered the phone and let it go to the machine because of telemarketers, etc.

I'm sorry I never actually answered your question. I would not mind say maybe a restriction but I think that they should still be allowed for emergencies. I also think that maybe a law on how many years one must own the phone before getting a replacement would be a good idea. Maybe ten years at max because while cell phones are becoming obsolete vs newer models, the newer models aren't needed.

The president will be impeached. I think it is against our rights. I'm not sure what rights yet but i'm sure there are. Lol! I think banning cellphones is kind of ridiculous and that would make put him/her in a difficult position because he/she too would not be using it.

That is all you fear from a president? That maybe he forbide the use of a cellphone? What a society we got into! This tell us how much free we feel that we don't fear other worse injustices.

I have'nt heard of this happening. Has this come up and been an issue or just a thought? I don't think he will forbid cell phones or anyone for that matter. They rely on them way too much, more than the average person I believe. Matter of fact, last I knew, the people in the White House wanted Pres. Obama to get rid of his cell phone for fear of someone tampering or hearing what he said. I know, that was not going to be an issue for him. Not allowing people to use their cell phone for talking or texting while they are driving, I totally agree with. I've come close to being rear-ended many of times by someone on their cell phone and not paying attention. How hard is it for someone to pull over for a few. If cell phones were not going to be allowed period, well then I guess they better stop manufacturing them for sale.
