My ciao $50 failed to transfer, who can help?

This is great news for me that my ciao $50 was not successful transfered as I had thought. The transaction bounced back. Needed assistance for someone to transfer this money into his paypal and then pay me through alertpay. anybody that can assist me is welcomed. We can agree on the transaction.
