I was often lost in thougt,a problem or a question ,sometime i am bothered by that because i can't help to do it.Taking all my attention in a thing,,i frequently forgot the proper business. Do you like meditation? How do you deal with you attention?

Hi there vardon,
Yes, I really lide to meditate and I find that it really is best done as soon as you wake in the morning but I do know that if I have been unable to meditate due to being too busy in the morning that sometimes my brain does just seem to shut down for 10 minutes at an odd time during the day, I don't go to sleep I will just go a little blank and it is as though my brain is saying to me that it just needs some time out.
The way I get into the meditation mode is to chant, I have a particular tibetan chant that i say quietly to myself and I find that quietens my mind a treat.

Meditation is one of the most wonderful things there is. It calms us, relaxes us, helps us place things in perspective and just plain feels great. Many people find it difficult because their minds wander, but with practice, it's amazing what meditation can do!

Meditaion, it's a mater of thought processes, You see often as people we tend to stuff things in draws & try & forget about them. You may refer to it as your junk draw if you will. In order to focus ones attention one must think objectively. By setting your priorties straight, You can then think in order & start to alevate your wandering mind. If you find meditating hard, try grabbing a stress ball, Try to squeze it as hard as possible, slowly your blood with pump and then slow down. making it easier for your attetion to be in focus on just one thing
