Do you think football is too brutal?

history of football was in blood (for those uninitiated,enemies head were used as football in ancient England) even today injuries are galore.career have been cut short ,lifes broken, dreams shattered .give ur opinion and comments (criticism is also welcomed)

I don't think football's brutal at all. It's actually improved a lot over the years. Back in the day, the players wore little protection. Now, you've got pads, helmets, and officials that try to keep the game as non-contact a contact sport as possible. In some respects, you could say football isn't brutal enough.
