Hello indians you does'nt need to verify your paypal account to withdraw your funds,from paypal account to your bank account ,that mean no need to link your credit (or) debit card to your paypal,many people facing this kind of problem.Because they don't have credit cards to verify their accounts. I heard that paypal did'nt accept Indian debit cards. So,simply link your bank account to your paypal account.Remember your paypal ac name & bank ac name should be the same.otherwise paypal did'nt accept your ac.you should mention your IFSC code also so that paypal easy to locate your branch,without IFSC code paypal did'nt accept your bank ac. Dont worry if you dont know your IFSC code just u search in internet or just see u r check book that u could able to find it.
