Does anybody know the side effects of Goodliness Fat reducing capsules?

I've been taking this capsules for a month already because I have problem wearing my clothes. They are all too tight for me now since I gain extra pounds. I don't have money yet to buy new clothes, so I got some capsules which are cheaper. Yup, I lose some pounds but, I'm scared a little of what will it takes me after taking them.

My sister has been on them for three months and lost two dress sizes... seeing her results I started taking them two weeks ago, feel great and am already seing a great deal of improvement...no side effects yet, just make sure you are drinking plenty of water and more vegetables and fruits than usual... don't skip any meals... they do work from what I have personally experienced...
