I have bad asthma, just had a breathing treatment last week. Two in fact, and they put me on predinsone again. I have two more days of it and then I'm done taking it. I use an inhalor and did you know coffee will stop an asthma attack, it works best if you drink it black but it does work with creamer and sugar. A lot of times a cup of cofee prevents me having to have a trip to a hospital.

I'm slowly gaining more and more control of it. I take singulair pills nightly, and use Ventolin inhaler about 6 puffs a day on a decent day. A few months ago, I couldn't draw enough breath to walk acrossed the room without needing assistance. I take very good care of getting regular intervals of excercise, as well as avoiding things that I know I am allergic to.

My boyfriend and mom both suffer from Asthma. My boyfriend's last asthma attack was about 8 or 9 months ago and he was rushed to the hospital as he was on the floor not breathing good and i couldn't get him up to get him in the car to go there so we had to do that instead oh well i guess. Yesterday we has out riding his bike but luckily not close to his house were he is living. There was a brush fire at the park two streets in front of his friends house were he is living and i told him not to go home because knew he wouldn't not be able to breath good and i didn't want to go through having another asthma attack.
