I graduated this july from a college. But currently, im doing my third job.Actually ,i don't like to flop from my working place to another, why do i change from one to another?
When i graduate ,the employment market is quite competitive in my city,so i choise a job that is just so-so.Later, my boss wanted me to move to another city which is far away,so i refused.
My second job is selling glod in WOW.I did quite well there ,but the boss didn't pay us as he promised ,so left. this experience hurt me much, i realised that there are lots of bad bosses.

Being able to change jobs all the time would be great - but no, I don't do it. I don't do it because the job I have right now, while doesn't pay much, is totally easy to do & I like the customers & my co-workers for the most part. To put it plainly, it's a job that has become "comfortable" and doesn't put me in a situation where I wouldn't for sure know how to handle things. It's, like I said, a "safe" choice. At the same time, companies usually like to see a STEADY work experience rather than a bunch of small, short stints at jobs. It shows responsibility, I guess. (For example, you'd rather have 1 year at a store on your resume than 4 3-month jobs on your resume - wouldn't you?)
And keep in mind that right now it's not a very good time to change jobs for ANYONE, wouldn't you say? (Unless you have another for-sure job offer) - because of the lack of jobs on the market at this time.
