Hi guys,
I am very much allergic to dust, some strong odor, etc. I do sneeze a lot while getting up in the morning, but usually it will go away after some time, but sometimes it will just carry on for the whole day. I know i will have to go to doctor for this, but can anyone suggest which type of treatment should i take. Should i go for Medicine, Ayurveda, or Homeopathy. Any suggestions??

Medication is really the only thing that will stop this. In the morning my throat is dry my eyes are watering and I'm sneezing like crazy and almost every morning this happens to me. I also hate it. I take a nasal spray right when i getup in the morning and an allergy medicine. Yes they do make you tired but i take it everyday and i only can get my energy going when i eat something in the morning and stay pretty active doing things around the house or running some errands around town. That was the only solution for me so i did it and it works wonders. Hope you can find something that will help you soon. I know how annoying it is.

Yup, but am not looking for any temporary solution, i really want to get rid of this. As far i know, these sprays and anti-allergic medications will only hold for a short time. The worst part of this sneezing is like, if you are with others and you nose will running like water from a tap and you desperately trying to control it, its really annoying. I am tired of this mess.

As unpleasant as it can be, I would recommend nasal irrigation or at least using a saline only nasal spray. That will help clear the dust at least from your nasal passages. Wearing an allergen mask when possible, as well as using hypoallergenic pillows, and covering your furniture with cloths and washing them regularly will help keep the dust levels lower. As for the strong odors, those are more difficult to control when you're out and about. For in your home, try using disinfectants in your garbage can, baking soda in your refridgerator to help absorb them, as well as carpet powders and foot powders if its needed.
Hope that helps.

In my case i have tried steam in inhalation and sometimes they may just work for me for nearly 2 to 3 weeks. Have you any experience in this nasal irrigation. Any idea how long it could be helpful, i want to do something for this, i am so desperate. I am tired to sneezing and being an irritation to others when I am out with friends or at office.

I think you should consult a doctor. Different people have allergies to different things. I think there are lots of good treatments in Ayurveda for treatment. I like Ayurveda very much and loves to try different oils when I have back pain. I think Ayurveda might able to solve your problem. I think the dust and strong odor perfumes makes most of the people uncomfortable.

i would suggest you stay away from these allergens. as to personal advice, go for the meds. i tried homeopathy but the problem with this natural cure is they don't tell you that the remedy is temporary and the pain or effect of the allergen is triple once homeopathy's effect wears off.
