E-books or Paper Backs

I have a lot of information on Multiple Sclerosis and Domestic Violence that I would like to put them together in either E-books or Paperbacks. I need cash fast so I've thought about putting them online as an e-book so people could just download them and the money put in my PayPal account. Doing them as paperbacks would cost me money so I've been told. Has anybody done either of these and been successful?

I've never bought an ebook, mostly because I prefer to curl up under a doona with a good book to read on a cold / rainy day. Having said that, If I needed to research something quickly and didn't want to search a library for it, or a book store, I could very well end up just buying it. You can only have a go at it and see if it works out for you. You won't know if you don't try. One person might be unsuccessful at it, but the next person who does it may have plenty of luck. Give it a trial run and just see how you go. :-)
