How can you maintain a routine life in a hostel??

It is a real problem with me. I stay in a hostel and to be truthful, there is not much rules and regulations about how you live here. Many a times I find it very hard to maintain a routine of my own due to various reasons... some time for friends going for a party, some time for watching movies and the list continues... My exams are only 2 months away and I am running too far behind to cover up my course. I truly want to follow a routine to bring my studies onto the right track but, I am not able to figure it out at the moment. Hope you my dear friends on myLot can help me out... Please don't ask me to stop doing myLot as it is one of my modes of entertainment right now.. please friends send in your suggestions...
