I used to have a blog on blogspot but I find it difficult to blog. I find it hard to talk about my feelings etc when I know everyone can openly read it. I enjoyed blogging and making my blog personalised with a layout to suit my personailty etc but I found it hard.
I know alot of people have a blog purley dedicated to there hobby it, crafts, gardening, writing stories etc and alot use it as an online journal/diary.. So I was wondering do any of you find it hard to blog and what do you mainly blog about?
Blog links are welcomed too :)

I like to blog. I have a Live Journal (I have others, but Live Journal is the only one I really use anymore). I pretty much use it to just write about my life. Other than that, I don't really write about anything in particular. I also like to post my dreams and nightmares with, using the website Dream Moods, symbol interpretations. I also post quizzes I take such as from Blog Things.

Your blog sounds very interesting. I enjoy the blog quizzes too.
I think my main problem is that im a shy, private person and I also feel I'm getting judged by everyone, so writting down my dreams, ambitions, life stories, thoughts and feelings online is a little scarey to me. I wish I had to confidence to blog like you do :)
Thanks for the response.

Hi, Emma30587! I like to blog about being a strong woman. I like to blog about how to deal with lifes struggles and setbacks as far as being a woman is concerned. I like to blog about spending time with my family and having fun at it. I just only have one blog and that is all. You can check it out on my profile page, if you wish. I hope that you enjoy it! Feel free to leave a comment if you wish to.

Blogging is like sharing a part of your world to the other people for them to look into. Personally, I think it's a part of my comfort zone since it's somewhat away fro reality. It's a no-law area where you can say just anything you want. It's not that you're away from judgments or oppression or whatever offending things you can think of, but at least it's more of an area for venting. :)

Hi all,
I blog about various topics such as affiliate marketing, motivations, life, online shopping, blog tips and useful sites. Sometimes I find it hard to come up with new contents for my blog. Please visit my blog at: 1000times1000.blogspot.com

I understand totally about finding it hard to come up with new subject matter. Thats why I ended up deleting my blogger account because my blog felt so empty!

I have several blogs, some of which are niche specific and I find it very difficult to keep on top of them. It is hard to know what to write about and keep people visiting your blog. It takes months and months of patience. I have abandoned blogs in the past after several months of posting comment due to poor traffic and earnings.
I have just been given a paid blogging job so this should motivate me to write on this particular blog on a daily basis.

Hi Emma. I blog (too much). My main is at wordophilia.com and is about writing: styles, content, blogging, articles, whatever. Your comment about personal stuff is very pertinent: I've maintained personal blogs in the past and it's always hard to know where to draw the line. I figure it's a decision you need to make: you're the only one who knows how much you want to say.
Me? I figured that the chances of anyone who actually knows me finding my blogs are so tiny that I'm really open. On a personal blog, that's essential or there's not really much point: people visit to hear your opinions or effectively read your diary and, unless you're massively famous, telling them what you had for breakfast won't bring them back again!!
Do you have a blog now? I didn't see a link in your profile.

Thanks for the response.
Haha, good point about not telling the world about your breakfast!!
I know what you mean about drawing a line on your personal blogs though. I think alot of people can be a little too open about there live.
Unfortuanlty I deleted my blog a few weeks ago, I am tempted to start one up again though. I think Im going to search this site for a bit longer and get some tips and advice on good blogging!
Thanks again :)

Mine is a personal blog, but that doesn't mean I talk about my feelings every single post.
I christen the blog "rich in every sense" to show richness is found in every aspect of life. In fact the word "rich" while commonly assoicated with lots of money, is also used in so many ways.
Like the term "rich food" is a positive word "rich" to describe negative food.
I invent a lot more usage for the word "rich", as in "rich in white hairs", "rich in worries", "rich in imaginations".
The main focus is still on rich as in monetary sense. After all, getting rich is a lofty goal for many people, and is also my personal goal.
So I use my blog mainly to write about my desires to be rich. And smart enough to choose a word that can describe practically anything so that I will never run out of topics to write about.

I have three blogs and each of them has a different topic. One is about the best travel destination in the world. The other one is about music, movies, and sports. And the last one is my personal blog. There are times that I have so many ideas and I can write two or more posts in day. There are also times that even if I wanted to write, my mind seems to be not working.
I enjoy blogging!

I blog and have two curently running. I have them on certain subjects so its not my feelings people read. I write because it is fun to and I enjoy both positive and negative comments. I work for a site that hired me to write blogs for them to but I really enjoy my blogs more.
