Do you take cover under a tornado warning?

I have never been in a tornado but if I lived in an area that got hit by tornados I would be sure to be prepared. I would definitely take cover even if there was a chance that we weren't going to be hit. you can never be too safe. We only have one life and I'd do anything to protect mine and my family's life.

Where I live there is never time for a warning. In Fl. tornados appear and disappear too fast for much of a warning. They will tell us that a storm has hail potential and that means that it also has tornado potential, but there is no place to go here.
We do not have basements or cellers because the water table is too high in most places. Houses are built to hurricane standards supposedly, but they do not even stand up to hurricanes so they will not hold up to a tornado.
Tornados here kind of bounce up and down. They touch here and then pop back up and touch someplace further away and then pop back up again. The do like trailer parks though. We still have a lot of those in Fl. The call them Manufactured Homes now, but tornados still know that they are trailers and seek them out.
