I think it is OK to feel alone even though you are with someone. I believe it is a myth to think that coupling with someone will automatically remove all feelings of aloneness. Perhaps you could entertain the idea that it is normal to feel close and it is also normal to feel distant at times in any relationship. Cherish the times when you feel togetherness and use the times when you feel alone to just be with yourself and to enjoy this process. I hope my response shed a little bit of light for you. Best wishes.

im not in a relationship or anything at the moment, but i suppose when i was in a relationship it did feel like i was alone atleast once, i mean everyone will feel it at some point in their lifetime in my opinion. But otherwise, not really because in relationships ive had they have always been there for me and so nice to me.

Yes, I have felt that way at some point in my marriage. And it is not a great feeling either. I have told my husand without the fear of him getting mad. I still let him know how I feel regardless of what he may think or say. I am not going to hold back anyhting from him. Talk to him and let him know how you really feel. If he loves you he will take the time to listen to you with concern. I hope that this helps. Take care.
