My Hubby Don't Eat Vegetable dishes.

He have a type 2 diabetes which makes him always feel hungry and he really eat too much different kind of dishes as long as they are no veggies on it. I am concern about him cause we i/we know that this kind of illness you need to be careful on the type of foods you need to eat... but he don't care ! Everytime i cook veggies he will go outside and eat nearby canteen/restaurant. am not a good cook but for him i tried to copy some menu dishes in the internet especially how to cook yummy and looks especial veggies. He is fond of eating processed foods and drink 2-3 1.5 liter cola a day. And second is that now a days crisis affecting our budget on foods so it really bother the way he eat. How about you friends, do you encounter this type of situation? what are you remedy for this?
