I'm married, and have small daughter. I often feel like my life revolves around they're needs and that I have no time to myself or friends of my own. Everything is shared, pretty much. The only thing I can tell you, is to try to make some time for yourself. Treat yourself, occasionally. It will give you a nice break, and you'll feel a little better, at least.

I am not a housewife, I actually wish I can be a housewife, as I want to spend more time with my baby. I just gave birth less than two months ago, and I am going back to my workplace very soon, then I'll have to leave my baby in my hometown with my mother-in-law and I'll only be able to see him during weekends. I understand that staying at home may feel left out by the outside world. It's true that Internet really helps, and you can still make friends and participate a lot with outside world online. Also, you can always bring your son out for some activities, I bet you'll know many mothers there too, and your son will get to know some little friends.
