Do you read blogs? Do you have a blog?

I didn't know what a blog was for a long time. Now I have one and am learning about them. But I wonder why anyone would want to read a stranger's blog. Are there any blog readers out there? If so, how do you find a blog that you like to follow, and why do you decide to follow it? If you have a blog, how did you get people interested in following? I read blogs. I have a blog. :) You can find my blog on my profile. I just visit your blog, I am using the same blog skin as yours too! I started my blog since 2005 and I also read blogs since then. At first, I read friend's blog then I get other links from their blogs and that is how I found other blogs. I get to know many bloggers from all over the place. I think blogging is interesting.

I have never read any one else's blog. Is there a way to link blogs together? I see the place to put 'blogs I follow', but I didn't know if it had to be blogspot blogs, or any. I need to update my profile, but on my SLOW computer, I haven't been able to do much in that area. I'll have to do that when I go to my parent's house.

Also, is there a counter on that site anywhere so I can see how many pople visit?

Go to dashboard -- layout -- add gadget -- look for blog list of link list. As for counter, blogspot does not provide that yet. You might need to look for third party counter from the web. There are in fact a lot free counter available, you can easily search for one! Enjoy blogging!

i like reading blogs. i too have a blog. my blog is in ibibo.com. i started about two years back. since then i have got some readers and also have got some appreciation from them. when i get a little appreciation i get motivated to write better. i love to receive criticsism. when people point out mistakes then i get myself working on it and try to improve next time.
to make my thing interesting and atttractive i write short blogs in simple words. i try to make it interesting for the readers. i never write anything that is personal but something that any thing that everybody can relate to.

yup ... I have personal blog. and sometimes I reading another blog.
I will visit at my friend blog or if I find interest content at other blog. I will check your blog and if I interested I will be your follow.

Well i do own a blog and my blog doesn't have much traffic and i like it that way. I' the type that doesn't like my life story spilling out all over the search engine.. lol. But most of the times, i usually read my friends' blogs...And then blog hopped to other people's blogs even if they're stangers, some of their posts were interesting ^_^
