List Building Video Courses?

Im not sure if Im in the right place here, but I wondered if anyone on here can recommend, or indeed has used, a list building video course that they bought off the internet. I have my autoresponder in place and know how to work that, but I really need some good tips on building a mailing list. If anyone has any advice it would be truly welcome. Thanks
