Democratic Reps. Henry Waxman of California and Edward Markey of Massachusetts have added a new provision to a bill in the House that would allow you to SUE the federal government or private businesses if you have suffered or, get this, EXPECT to suffer harm from air pollution including climate change and global warming.
Get your lawyers on speed dial folks, now's the time to sue. We don't even know that humans are actually causing global warming, but you're more than welcome to sue over it. Can I sue these morons for the hot air that their full of?

Most industry jobs like steel or auto manufacturing are unionized, aren't they. That means the unions are very culpable in my poor health due to the environment.

Good thing is, when we sue everyone for anything we will all be EQUALLY broke so maybe people will stop sueing....
WAIT! I think I am going to feel ill in a month because of the air pollution.. Gotta go call my lawyer...

didn't think about that.... okay so we as in normal people will be broke together! jerks, I mean lawyers will still be rich but not for long because if we all go broke together then we won't have any more money to pay for lawyers! :)

Wow, I have to check into that. In a way, all of us can proof something is climate or pollution related in whatever ailments we have or might get. Any violent storm can now be blamed on global warming and climate change. I foresee a class action..

Now that you mention it I remember hearing about that. But once the Dems slip a bill in, you won't see any democratic judges throwing such cases out.
