Hello my friend Dasari100 Ji,
Water intake is normally increased as summer sets in. But I have something about amount
of water to be taken as below :
How much water do you need a day?
Water is an important structural component of skin cartilage, tissues and organs. For human beings, every part of the body is dependent on water. Our body comprises about 75% water: the brain has 85%, blood is 90%, muscles are 75%, kidney is 82% and bones are 22% water. The functions of our glands and organs will eventually deteriorate if they are not nourished with good, clean water.
The average adult loses about 2.5 litres water daily through perspiration, breathing and elimination. Symptoms of the body's deterioration begins to appear when the body loses 5% of its total water volume. In a healthy adult, this is seen as fatigue and general discomfort, whereas for an infant, it can be dehydrating. In an elderly person, a 5% water loss causes the body chemistry to become abnormal, especially if the percentage of electrolytes is overbalanced with sodium. One can usually see symptoms of aging, such as wrinkles, lethargy and even disorientation. Continuous water loss over time will speed up aging as well as increase risks of diseases.
If your body is not sufficiently hydrated, the cells will draw water from your bloodstream, which will make your heart work harder. At the same time, the kidneys cannot purify blood effectively. When this happens, some of the kidney's workload is passed on to the liver and other organs, which may cause them to be severely stressed. Additionally, you may develop a number of minor health conditions such as constipation, dry and itchy skin, acne, nosebleeds, urinary tract infection, coughs, sneezing, sinus pressure, and headaches.
So, how much water is enough for you? The minimum amount of water you need depends on your body weight. A more accurate calculation, is to drink an ounce of water for every two pounds of body weight.
Here is the calculation for your minimum water need per day
Your weight 190 kg Enter your weight only !!!
Requirement 6270 ml
YOU NEED TO DRINK THIS AMOUNT OF WATER PER DAY 6.27 liters
May god bless You and have a great time.

Hi. Ideally, one should take in at least 8 glasses of water a day during regular weather conditions but when summer comes in, one should increase his intake of fluids as the heat could dehydrate a person through profuse perspiration. There is really no particular number of glasses of water to take but more water, the better and healthier to avoid dehydration as our body is composed mainly of water (about 70%) . Dehydration should not be taken lightly as it can be fatal. Heat exhaustion for example is one condition that could lead to heatstroke that can be fatal . Heat exhaustion happens when the body's cooling system fails due to prolonged exposure to the sun. Our body compensates for the heat by cooling it down by means of perspiration. Sweating sheds off important electrolytes in the body that maintains cellular balance. So I suggest that one should rehydrate himself before exposure to the sun or before exercising under hot conditions.

Some times we need to take more when we want water because most of the people often take water in the company and where ever it may be so it should not be like that so they need to consume more water.

I dont think you'd have to drink and drink! YOU HAVE TO LIMIT your intake to at least 2-3 Liters in a day. I bet that's too much though. Although in special occasions such as summer, where the heat is eating us all up, water is a vital ingredient to everyday living! As for me, i take water in equal amounts, eat VERY nutritious foods, vegetables and fresh fruits! Shake em up, Juice them out! There's nothing refreshing as that right? :)

Regardless whether it is summer or not I usually drink more than 2 liters of water a day. I always consider drinking of water as good for health. I had this habit of drinking plenty of water no matter what the season may be. But most likely, I will be drinking more most especially now that it is very hot in our country.

This summer in my country since it is very hot and I easily get thirsty I would drink a lot of water so that I won't suffer dehydration because of the heat. Water is very good in our system and it makes the skin really healthy and nice to look at. With water this will improve on the skin and the health. I usually drink like 2 liters of water a day at times more than that.

Hi Dasari100,I am a water fanatic. In the summer I usually drink 5-8 20ounce bottles a day. In the winter about 3-5. I have always been a big water drinker. It quenches the thirst better than anything else. And it is very important for our bodies to drink water. It helps keep the system clean. It also helps prevent urinary tract infections. Happy water drinking! Have a good day!

Now that it is summer here in the Philippines I drink 10 or more glasses of water in a day. I easily get thirsty during this summer. I sweat more so I need to rehydrate. It helps to cool down the body during this season. It is good to drink more water because it helps to clean our body and it helps in avoiding UTI.
