A guy's eye is glued to you most of the time does it mean that he likes you?

Hi.
I've been thinking lately. I just completed a very boring 4 days seminar/ workshop for my job. The thing is there is one guy whom I am not exactly acquainted and I saw him a couple of times with his eyes glued to me. Of course I got shy and broke the stare.
What does this mean? Does he like me? But the thing is, he never approached me or anything... Hmmm. And it is beginning to frustrate me.
What should I do the next time I see him?

Simple, look back!
You will either encourage him or scare him but at least, change this situation if you don't like him doing this to you. If you don't mind. you can try to approach him actually and see what he means by gluing his eyes to you.
Hahaha, we have a saying in my country, you wont' notice someone is looking if you don't look. Do you pay a lot of attention to that guy yourself as well? :D

No doubt, girl. He is attracted to you. And it's not so hard to tell. Sigh, how I wish someone would look at me that way and not because the person is some kind of psycho, or because something's wrong with or dirty on my face.hehe

haha... It's hard to conclude whatever the guy is thinking while staring at you.... Next time you see him.. play it simple... Just be yourself and pretend you're not affected.. haha

It's difficult sometimes when you see someone keep looking at you to know what they are thinking. It could be that they like the look of you or it could be that they are trying to work out where they have seen you before or even they could be wondering if your nose piercing is actually a spot! You just don't always know. I think I'd wait and see what happens next.

Hmm, seems to me that this guy must be interested in you...how bout you linger on with that stare maybe end it with a smile or something to tell him that you accept him liking you? Because men needs to have the green light before they go for something they like...Just try doing it, who knows he might just ask you out ;)

It is possible that the guy was admiring your beauty and your outlooks and may be he was interested in you (It seems to me that you are beautiful). However, probably he did not gather the courage to talk to you or confront you. So the next time you see that guy you may try to confront him and can ask why he was staring you the other day.............LOL!

Well if he is looking there must be a reason. I say start a conversation with him and see where it goes. There is really no way of knowing without talking to him. lol. That is what I would do you might make a friend or it might become something more I guess it depends on him and you. Take care and happy mylotting to you and have a great day online.

My view is that he may have no another means but just apprecaite your good looking or admired what you said. when he stared at you and just met your eyes.if he has some meanings ,I think his face may turn red or there's some shame-making on the face.however, you can give him a hit to know if or not .

There are a couple of times that I caught him looking at me and he doesn't seem to be embarrassed or anything and he would continue to stare~~ is that good or bad?

You may be right to say he likes you or else his eyes dont need to be glued to you. If you dunt mind approaching him and starting a friendship but thats if you are interested in him as well. Or if you do not want to, then you can just wait till he comes to you. Maybe he is they type who is a little bit shy. Maybe you can share a smile with him the next you see him.

He might feel offended if he is not expecting you to approach him and if he is just waiting fot the chance for you to take a move then I think he will be grateful.
